How do you believe change happens?
At the core of my work, I believe it is important for you to feel heard and understood. I strongly believe in following your pace in session with attunement, empathy, and curiosity as the foundation for our therapeutic relationship. I support the use of humor within the therapeutic space, and have found it to be healing. My focus is not only to understand and give perspective to your thoughts and perceptions, but to develop a deeper understanding of your authentic emotional experiences. I enjoy helping people find the language to express their needs, wants, feelings, and fantasies; to help learn about who you are as a person and how life has shaped you. These moments set a template for how you may respond and will guide us on the path toward healthier connections.
